Responsibilities: Celebrate summer joy by continuing to evolve the BBM platform in Q2. Get Black Guests 25-54 to consider shopping at Target by consistently focusing on commerce, community and culture. Create stand alone campaign that will also compliment EssenceFest (aka The Road to EssenceFest).
Creative Strategy: Cultivate her brilliance, her business, and her being with solutions and stories that feed her shine.
Platform exposure: Broadcast, photography, organic/paid social, digital display, custom partnerships, and dotcom.
